I. Opening Song
II. Call To Worship
Reading: 1 Chronicles 29:10-13
Call: This is the Word of the Lord.
Response: Praise be to God
Song: “How Great Thou Art”
Individual Call: Psalm 139:23-24,
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Try me and know my thoughts!
24 And see if there be any grievous way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting!
In the wilderness of our sin, we find ourselves longing for that which does not satisfy, and we find ourselves content with that which does not sustain. Our souls become malnourished as we continue to feast on lust, pride, envy, and self-righteousness. God, we have exchanged the truth of your love for the lie of acceptance. We reject your holiness and submit ourselves to what the world deems righteous. We have despised the joy of your grace as we amuse ourselves on that which you detest. You are our peace, yet we medicate our chaos by that which promises destruction. Oh God, our depravity comes to light when we stand in the midst of your glory. Our sins are ever before us, so we come to you as broken sinners in need of your grace
Response: Father, forgive us.
Song: “All The Poor Powerless"
IV. Assurance of Pardon
There are no boundaries our King has not crossed to save his people. He is relentless in the pursuit of his bride. He entered into the wilderness of our sin to save us. There are no sins he has not conquered, there are no enemies he has not crushed, there are no walls he has not destroyed, and there are no chains that can keep the bride from the Victorious King. He has entered into the enemy’s land to wage war on Satan; he has not only saved his people from sin, but also from the dark and evil forces of evil. Even death itself cannot separate us from the love of God! He has entered into the realm of the dead, into Sheol, and has reversed the curse of death by bringing life from the grave! Church, King Jesus is victorious over everything that would keep you away from the throne of his grace. Church, hear these words, by the great and powerful name of Jesus I declare to you that your sins are forgiven!
Response: Praise be to God!
Song: “How He Loves Us”

As a child of the King, please come forward to eat and drink at the table He has prepared for you. Together we shall celebrate His victory & proclaim His death until He returns to feast with us again. Take heart; He has not forgotten you.
