II. CALL TO WORSHIP
Reading: Psalm 99:1-5,9
Call: THIS IS THE WORD OF THE LORD.

Song: In Christ Alone
Song: Psalm 46 (Lord Of Hosts)
III. CONFESSION
Individual Call: Psalm 139:23-24
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Try me and know my thoughts!
24 And see if there be any grievous way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting!
Corporate Call:
Lord, we come before you this morning as a people who feel the weight of our sin. Our thoughts have been haunted by the chaos of darkness and our hearts have refused to hope in the strength of your hand.
The affections that once blazed within our hearts are now only a fading spark. For we have tasted the fruits of lust and anger, of bitterness and apathy, and they have turned bitter in our stomachs. Our thoughts sail on the waters of criticism and are overwhelmed by the waves of loneliness.
Lord we need you, we need your grace, we need your mercy and we need you to rescue us from the pit. For this reason, we run for refuge to your infinite mercy, seeking and imploring your forgiveness through our Jesus Christ, our Lord!
Response: Father, forgive us.
IV. ASSURANCE OF PARDON
Arise and hear the good news!
Church, your prayers have not failed, for your confession has ascended to the right hand of the Father where the Great High Priest has now interceded on your behalf.
Church, you are the bride of Christ. You are his beloved, and the love he has for you blazes like a thousand suns, it flashes like fire from heaven. The darkness cannot contain its light, nor can the floods quench its flame. For you are the object of his eternal, unrelenting, covenantal love. Church, this love is stronger than death, for he entered the grave and bore your guilt and shame, and embodied the wrath of hell so that you might be partakers of his glory. Like the grave, the damning grip of sin cannot hold you, for he has raised you out of the pit and to the glorious light of his eternal majesty. This is our Hope Church!
Church, Lift up your hearts and hear what Jesus Christ has done for you, The King of kings has declared that your sins are forgiven!
Response: Thanks be to God!
Song: Living Hope
V. SERMON
Justification: Living Into Who You Are
Genesis 15
Kyle Lammott, Lead Pastor

VII. COMMUNION
As a child of the King, you may eat and drink at the table He has prepared for you. Together we shall celebrate His victory & proclaim His death until He returns to feast with us again. Take heart; He has not forgotten you.
